Bristol Grammar School is seeking a permanent, part-time Attendance/Helpdesk Administrator to start September 2026.

The role is part of a job share and duties include providing a singular point of contact for all registration issues, to ensure accuracy of registration records and to foresee problems in the registration procedure and take steps accordingly to prevent them. In addition you act as a key point of contact for both pupils, parents and other staff for a number of different services including pupils leaving site, general queries regarding timetables and class location and managing lost property.

The role is a varied and rewarding post, also delivering administrative / planning support for all of single-day and residential educational visits, PA support and offering specific administrative support to academic Heads of Department.

We are looking for individuals who have previous experience working within a busy administrative environment.
