The RGS Worcester Family of Schools is delighted to invite applications for the role of Alumni Relations and Development Manager. The successful candidate will report to the Foundation Director, and will be a member of the Foundation team to develop and implement key alumni relations engagement strategies to support fundraising initiatives, prepare relevant financial and KPI reports for senior management, act as a donor steward and support with the day to day running of the Foundation Office, deputising for the Foundation Director as required.

The role will involve working closely and collaboratively as part of the Foundation Office team. The team also includes the Foundation Director, the Foundation Office Assistant and the Foundation Database Assistant. While the role has clearly defined responsibilities, the successful applicant must be a team player who can support colleagues.
